SC Law is delighted to be a sponsor of Harrow Cycle Hub’s upcoming Fun Day on 13 July, from 2-4:30 pm at Harrow Civic Centre. This circus-themed event promises to be a fun-filled afternoon for all children aged 2-14 years.
Children are invited to bring their bikes, balance bikes, trikes, or scooters to enjoy a variety of games and activities. DJ Toye will provide music, sponsored by SC Law, while cycling coaching will be offered by Evolve. Highlights of the Fun Day include a prize for the best costume and the best-dressed bike. Additionally, adapted cycles will be available for children who find traditional two-wheelers difficult.
The event aims to raise funds for a two-seater bike for a disabled child and adult, further enhancing the inclusivity of Harrow Cycle Hub’s programs. SC Law is particularly proud to support the club’s Wheels For All sessions, which offer fun, inclusive cycling opportunities for those who find standard bicycles challenging. These sessions, featuring adapted cycles like trikes, handcycles, two-seaters, and a wheelchair transporter, are held on Tuesday and Saturday mornings, costing £5 per session.
To help Harrow Cycle Hub expand these sessions, we encourage everyone to donate to their Fun2Go Adapted Cycle for Disabled Children fundraiser.
The club aims to raise £6,000 to purchase a Fun2Go side-by-side bike, allowing an adult and child to cycle together. This addition is crucial for providing more special needs children with the opportunity to enjoy outdoor activities.
