Large Settlement For Pedestrian Hit By Moped Rider

Our client, a pedestrian, was struck by a moped rider who attempted to ride behind him while crossing the road from work, resulting in severe brain injuries. These injuries led to neurological complications, including memory issues, mood swings, aggression, hearing problems, loss of taste, and incontinence, severely impacting his quality of life.

Despite these challenges and with only six months left before the three-year limit expired, our team swiftly gathered all necessary expert evidence and issued court proceedings. Although the Defendant denied liability, our persistence and detailed negotiations led to a settlement of over half a million pounds.
